I was referred to Anna for treatment for an accident I had suffered. From my first impression, Anna appeared to be a nicely dressed, polite, friendly and a welcoming person. During my visits to the clinic, I have found Anna to be highly professional. Her approach to my treatment was extremely helpful, both in her advice, and her approach to my treatment. She was very thorough in her examination, covering every part of my spine in which to determine the areas of concern. Anna discussed what nerves ran from certain areas to determine how to treat me and has given me exercises to complete. I have had treatment for my neck and back many times before and normally the professional would go straight to the area of pain, apply heat, begin manipulation/massage and finish off with ultra-sound. Never has anybody put in the effort like Anna did to establish the cause of my pain. I have suffered from back and neck problems for many years. In that time, I have never really been totally free of pain. I am now sleeping without pain and well on the way to a full recovery.
